Drivantage LLC Fees & Payments Policy

Sellers may be charged for using some of Drivantage’s services. This Fees & Payments Policy explains your fees and taxes and how to pay them. This policy is a part of our Terms of Service. By turning on bookings with in Drivantage, you’re agreeing to this policy and our Terms of Service.

1. Transaction Fees

Sellers may be required to pay the following types of fees. Please note that these fees are subject to change at any time. If you are interested on how taxes apply, please see the Taxes section below for further details.

  1. Introductory Transaction Fees

    For a short time, Drivantage will offer a lower transaction fee(introductory) when you make a sale through Drivantage.com, you will be charged a transaction fee of 5% + $.30 (to see a breakdown of these fees look at the below section). The transaction fee will apply to the listing price and applicable taxes. Transaction fees are deducted from your current balance as each sale occurs, and are reflected in your payment account.

  2. Breakdown Of Introductory Fees

    As you read above Drivantage.com charges a fee of 5% + $.30 per transaction. The fee is broken as follows. Credit card processing takes 2.9% + $.30 per transaction. Drivantage takes the remaining 2.1%. There are situations where you may pay less than 5%. For example, if you take a cash or check payment your fee would only be 2.1% because you would not include the credit card processing fee.

  3. Insufficient Current Balance

    In the event that you take a payment and your current balance is not able to cover the tranaction fees; you will be billed at the end of the month.

2. Taxes

Aside from the limited circumstances, you are responsible for collecting and paying any taxes associated with using and making sales through Drivantage’s services.

3. Returns

Returns are granted on a per case basis. In order for us to process a return request you will need to contact customer service. Returns will be refunded to the origin payment type.
